the combination of ridiculous hours and clients with questionable health histories is not helping in the slightest. i need to get more steady in my life and soon.
I can never get my nutrition right. I either eat way too much or not enough. I either eat completely clean or eat loads of crap. I just need to find the happy medium. Working out is easy but getting my nutrition right is so fucking hard.
